Indonesia - The successful candidate will oversee the development of new product growth strategies, translating business goals into process objectives, plans and deliverables ensuring business success and sustainability in Marunda, Indonesia

Role Description:

• Develop new product growth strategies in target markets
• Translate business goals into process objectives, plans and deliverables
• Ensure plant and process requirements are suited to handle new products
• Review and develop new processes and products to meet customers' needs
• Build a capable Process Team to ensure business success and sustainability

Company Description:

Asian Agri Group is a key player in the Palm Oil business currently experiencing rapid expansion of oil palm plantations and mills in Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' hands-on experience in Palm Oil processing, fractionation and hydrogenation
• Prior experience in fats processing and packing for consumer market an added advantage
• Interact with Product Application and Commercial function to facilitate new product development
• Results oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• University degree holder in Chemistry/ Food Technology/Biochemistry
• Strong in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin an added bonus
