ASME members get FedEx discount
Singapore - SMEs in Singapore can enjoy a 35% discount on some FedEx International Priority services under the express company's new partnership with the association of small and medium enterprises (ASME).
FedEx said the new alliance is part of its initiative to help over 6,000 ASME members companies to ride out the recession who sign up for a new FedEx account.
"Many small and medium-sized enterprises in Singapore are highly competent and have the potential to grow and develop, but they are also most likely to be affected by the current economic recession," said Clifton Chua, MD of FedEx Singapore.
The alliance is expected to help SMEs grow through overseas market expansion, Chua said.
