NOL appoints new APL head
Singapore - NOL has appointed Jim McAdam as president of APL logistics, replacing Brian Lutt who left the company in March.
McAdam was promoted from his position as APL's president of South Asia Region. The vacant post will be taken up by Goh Teik Poh, who will lead APL's business and operations across 27 country markets in Southeast Asia, West Asia, the Middle East and Australia. Goh moves to the position from his previous post as chief human resources officer.
"Jim and Teik Poh are among our most experienced senior managers ad both will bring a broad depth of knowledge of our business and the customers we serve to their new assignments," said Ronald Widdows, NOL group president and CEO.
Both appointees will report to the Widdows at the group's head office in Singapore.
